Scowcroft Property Management was founded in 2021 by Aaron Scowcroft. Aaron began his Real Estate career in 2015 as a licensed Realtor, and currently owns and operates the Northern Vermont Realty Group, a remote-focused real estate agency based in Franklin County, Vermont. Much of his experience with managing properties lie with Homeowner’s Associations, just like this one.

CEO
I’m a father of 5 boys and am married for nearly 7 years to my wife, Megan. We are very actively involved with our children, so we spend a lot of time at their sporting events, traveling around New England, and making the most out of the beautiful weather.
Aside from Property Management, my primary focus is in Real
Estate. Hockey, Hot Sauce, and Family are my biggest focuses.
Jeff Bordeau
Operations Supervisor
Jeff is your go-to guy. His responsibility includes
keeping our clients organized. He controls and directs the activities of our organization. This could be through organizing maintenance tickets, communication with vendors and partners, or delivering the not-so-fun notices when there is a need for enforcement.
Got an emergency? Jeff will be there to pick up the phone and help get the situation resolved.
Megan Scowcroft
Operations Specialist
Without a Yin, you have no Yang. Megan has a plethora of administrative experience through TD Bank, and has become the backbone to Scowcroft Property
Management’s success. She handles all things scheduling,
finance, and paperwork.
